Photography In WoW

First of all I want to say that if you're going to rant on about how uncivilizing it is to play World of Warcraft, you've come to the wrong place. Please don't do it.

I have recently been taking alot of pictures from wow of sights containing special unique scenery, awesome structures and cool rock shapes. I'm going to show all of the shots i've got so far, and where I took them.

200 Impressions

Today I watched a hilarious video where a guy did 200 impressions of celebrities in about 15 minutes. Some of these impressions I recognized (The ones from the Simpsons, Futurama, Southpark and a few other people), and they were done really well. I really laughed at this video. I have embeded the link.

I hope you like it, even though the video is not mine. :)

The Mesimäki Boys at Ylivieska

Me and Sakari are currently enjoying a stay at our grandparent's house. This time with no mosquitos. There is a few cm of snow on the ground but not enough to ski or anything fun like that. Our grandmother is very enthusiastic about cooking, so we will propably put on a few kg during our stay :). We will return after the holiday so the next time we see you people will propably be on the first weekand after the holiday has ended.

Have a great holiday everyone!

Star Sonata Parody Characters: Grimshag Healer

I haven't posted anything for a while so i decided to write about my new parody character Grimshag Healer.

In this picture you can see Killer80. He is quite an uber. He is level 975 and he is the member of the best team of SS, the pantalones. Every MMORPG has classes and so does SS too. Just like any MMORPG has classes, every MMORPG has a class called healer. In Star Sonata its called shield monkey. Killer80 is a shield monkey. On the right you can see my character, Grimshag Healer and his shield transfer weapon in use. It is only level 20 character but its equipped to look as much like a stereotypical Shield Monkey as possible.

Every über ShM uses a ship called Apprentice's Ward. So does Killer80. App Wand is actually so good that you have to be at least level 500 to be able to have skills to use it. But there is a mini version of the ship called Mini Mad Scientist. Yes. Its the ship Grim Healer is using. It is actually so good ship that it took me 84 skill points to take all the skills it needed (of a total of 100 skill points!). I was glad I could take all the skills I wanted with those 16 leftover skills points.

Grimshag Healer cost me 130 mil to make. And I'll tell you that's quite a lot in SS. Even it took me a lot of money I am quite satisfied with the result. It doesn't just look cool. It also works in action. We were killing some ai (computer-controlled ships) with Tony and he would have died a dozen times without Grimshag Healer. The best thing about this char is that its quite a new idea. I haven't seen any characters like that before. Usually free to play characters have been done a dozen times like drone deployment 12 or station management 12 characters.

You would have seen Tony's speed daemon and my multifire which were under progress until we found out they aren't possible after they made new secondary skills (classes). Sucks!

It's a new production. The first one to be announced on the homepage (because I have not been bothered before). I made use of my green screen that I set up into my room with my dad. This is the first ever finnished project on a green screen with me, not counting for this one horrible review I made some time ago that I will not release.

Description:

Project title: Me in CSS
Release date: 18.11.07

DESC: This is me inside css owning some guys that have gotten lost into the wrong game.

Here is the video:

Today I'm writing something special, for inspired by Bernard Cornwells historical fictions (Which have been a constant cause of a lack of sleep.), and a particularly exciting siege in Medieval II, I have decided to write some fiction of my own. Here follows the first part of my attempt at some mildly historical fiction. Comments and criticism are greatly appreciated.

King Rufus of England looked over his camp outside the fortress of Gaza and smiled. What had begun as an entirely unsuccessful crusade to Antioch and turned into a splendid campaign of plunder, pillage, and punishment for the Arab infidels. King Rufus had been a poor leader at home, and his court of Nobles had effectively banished him on the god forsaken crusade. Rufus was no idiot, but there was little he could do and so he set out to carry out God’s work with an army of England’s finest
